If your Minecraft server fails to start and shows the error Error: Unable to access jarfile server.jar in the console, it typically means the main server file (server.jar) is missing. This often occurs on a new server where a game version hasn't been installed yet.

You can fix this by following these steps:

  1. In your game panel, go to the "Versions" tab.

  2. Select the server type you want to run (e.g., Vanilla, Paper, Spigot) and the specific version from the list.

  3. Click the Install button. The system will now download and set up the necessary files for you.

  4. After the installation is complete, go back to the console and start your server.

This will resolve the error and your server will start normally.
